BLUE MARLIN SPORTING RESORT AGGIORNAMENTI

1. Rent/Lease of apartment

Tenants must pay the full amount of rent at the reception in advance before
accommodation. A refundable deposit of 100 Euros must also to be paid in
advance.

2. a) Apartment prices

Apartment prices are as follow:
Single Bedroom / Double Bedroom

a) Single night -bassa stagione € 40  alta stagione €45 - one bedroom
b) 1 Week - bassa stagione €200 alta € 250  For Month  € 400. Alta stagione €450  one bedroom
A) alta stagione two bedroom day€ 50. Week € 300  month € 550
Single night and one week clients will have their apartments cleaned and beddings and towels changed daily. They will however pay for laundry of personal items as per the schedule attached. All requests, orders and payments will be made through the reception.

THE ABOVE RATES ARE VALID UNTIL 15TH OF DECEMBER 2013 ONLY.

3. Records

All clients are required to leave a copy of their passport/ID at the reception and mobile phone numbers. A limited number of client’s guests are allowed in but will have to be screened and leave their passports/ID at the reception.

4. Swimming Pools

There are two swimming pools that operate from 6.30am to 7pm. The pools are closed before and after that time and any client who uses them does so at their own risk.

5. Laundry

There is a manual laundry at the service area. Tenants can do their own
washing or arrange with the management for Blue Marlin to do it at a fee.

6. Room service

A cleaner will come to the apartment at between 9am - 10am daily if you paid for the service. He/she will do all cleaning work and will change the beddings and towels. Any other arrangement beside this will have to be agreed upon with the management and paid for. We expect a decent relationship between our staff and tenants.

7. Health bar

We have a small kitchen at the ground floor. You can order your meals while you train in the gym or from your apartments within an hour. Soft drinks, coffee and snacks are however readily available.

8. Maintenance

Electrical, plumbing and other faults should be reported immediately to the Management for repair. Call 020-3509906/0735541284/0724760866 between 6am and 8pm.

9. Departure

Before departure, clearance will be done which will include inspecting the apartment for breakages, loss of items and/or cleanliness. Tenants will be obliged to pay for these before the deposit is refunded to them.
